1. The possibility of thBILL falling due to collateral shrinkage is extremely low. Since thBILL is 100% collateralized by U.S. Treasuries, the ultra-short term (1-3 months) design virtually eliminates interest rate risk.
Of course, it does not mean that thbill is always greater than 1U, and when a run occurs, there is a possibility of breaking due to the increase in irrational selling pressure.

Step 2: Supply Collateral on Euler Deposit PT-thBILL into the Euler protocol as collateral
Maximum LTV: 90%, liquidation threshold 91%
Staking Income: Matches Pendle's 16.02% fixed yield Enable the staking function and prepare for lending operations
Step 3: Borrow funds for revolving Borrow thBILL, USDC, or USDT (thBILL is recommended to reduce the risk of de-peg)
